Delivery
- After purchase, you’ll be prompted to enter the recipient’s phone number (including country code).
- The Christmas eCard is sent immediately via WhatsApp; please ensure the number is correct and the recipient uses WhatsApp.
- You will also receive a copy of the eCard link to your own WhatsApp in case you want to resend or preview before it arrives.
- No tracking number—delivery confirmation appears when WhatsApp shows “Sent”/“Delivered.”
If you don’t receive the link within one minute, check your spam folder or refresh WhatsApp, and contact support if needed.
Returns & Cancellation
- Non-Refundable: All eCards are final sale. Once delivered to a valid WhatsApp number, we cannot issue a refund due to the instantaneous digital delivery.
- Cancellation Window: You can cancel within 5 minutes of purchase if you haven’t yet entered the recipient’s number or if the eCard has not been sent. After 5 minutes or after delivery, cancellations are not possible.
- Technical Issues: If the eCard fails to deliver (e.g., invalid number or WhatsApp unavailable), contact us within 24 hours— we’ll either resend to a corrected number or issue store credit.
